On Thursday 6 of February 2025, The Pitch Club, hosted by Tibo Roumagoux launched their Parramatta chapter in Western Sydney Startup Hub, bringing together a vibrant community of entrepreneurs driven by passion and innovation.
What began as a relaxed pitching competition quickly turned competitive, featuring standout presentations from Divergent Education by Cheyanne Carter, Synctegral by Adi Mogilevsky, Ketch-Up by Harshita Sood, Spazzi by Linda Kim, Dressi by Iris Phan, Carelogix by Stephen Neli, and Tastemaker by Sadiya S.
Throughout the evening, pitchers were put through series of great questions by James Hornitzky, Mabel Joe and Caroline Lepron as the judges, helping the audience gain a clearer picture of each business. As the competition heated up, the crowd cast their votes for their favorite pitches.
The crowd started to vote for the best pitchers they like during the evening.
In the end, Stephen secured first place for Carelogix, earning a coveted spot on Eastside Radio 89.7 FM Monday Drive on 10 Mar 2025.

Winning the pitch was just the beginning. The next challenge? A two-hour journey from North Parramatta to Bondi for the live radio show at Bondi Pavilion. Battling Sydney’s peak-hour traffic, the long drive became a moment of reflection—replaying key points from the pitch, anticipating the radio discussion, and soaking in the excitement of sharing Carelogix with a wider audience.
The trip wound through Sydney’s ever-changing landscape, from the business hubs of Parramatta to the iconic coastal vibes of Bondi. The final stretch along Bondi Beach, with the ocean breeze cutting through the summer heat, was a stark contrast to the intensity of the pitch night. It was a reminder of how far Carelogix had come and the exciting road ahead.
Arriving at Bondi Pavilion just in time, the stage was set for the next big moment—sharing Carelogix’s story on Eastside Radio 89.7 FM. During the show, we explored how Carelogix is revolutionising the way support services are delivered. Our discussion focused on:
The Origin of the Idea – Carelogix was born out of first-hand experiences in the aged care and disability support sectors, where inefficiencies in documentation and workforce coordination led to delays in critical interventions. Founder, Tommy saw the need for a smarter, more automated system to ensure quality care.
Problems and Solutions – We highlighted the common pain points faced by care providers, including the burden of manual documentation, lack of real-time data insights, and missed opportunities for proactive care. Carelogix addresses these issues through a voice interface application powered by AI to augment the workforce with support them with progression notes.
Funding and Growth Strategy – We discussed that Carelogix is fully self-funded and while Carelogix has made significant progress, funding is crucial for expanding our capabilities and reaching more providers in the aged care and NDIS sectors.
Long-Term Vision – the goal is to maximise the human-interaction during care and Carelogix is a seamless, technology-driven care ecosystem where data-driven insights lead to better decision-making, improved compliance, and enhanced quality of life for care recipients.
Listener Engagement & Key Takeaways
We were thrilled by the insightful questions and engagement from Alan Field, the radio host. While Alan didn’t have prior experience in the care industry, his expertise in radio made him an excellent facilitator, ensuring the conversation remained engaging and accessible to listeners. This allowed us to break down key industry challenges and innovations in a way that resonated with the audience. Some key takeaways from the conversation included:
The need for smarter tools to support care workers – We discussed how technology can alleviate the administrative burden on workforce and care providers, allowing them to focus more on delivering high-quality support.
How data integrity and automation can lead to better decision-making – Alan facilitated an important discussion about the role of accurate, real-time data and how automation ensures consistency and reliability in care documentation.
The growing role of technology in aged care and NDIS support services – The conversation explored how digital transformation is reshaping the industry, improving outcomes for both care recipients and service providers.
